1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using CalcHours (the "Service"), located at calchours.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
The Service provides free, browser-based calculation tools intended to help users estimate work hours, overtime, and gross pay based on user-provided inputs. All calculations are performed client-side in your browser. The Service does not store, transmit, or process your timesheet data on any server.
3. No Professional Advice
The calculators provided on this Service are for general informational and estimation purposes only. They do not constitute legal, financial, accounting, tax, or payroll advice, and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional advice or for official payroll processing. Labor laws regarding overtime, minimum wage, and break requirements vary by jurisdiction, and it is your responsibility to verify results against applicable federal, state, and local law before making employment or payroll decisions.
4. No Warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure calculation accuracy, we do not guarantee that results will be error-free or suitable for any specific purpose.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CalcHours and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
6. Advertising
The Service is supported by third-party display advertising, including Google AdSense. These advertisements are served by third parties who may use cookies and similar technologies as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and code on this Service, excluding third-party advertising content, are the property of CalcHours and may not be reproduced, distributed, or repurposed without prior written permission.
